Kink in the Neck
Today is the fourth day of excruciating pain in my neck. I had one of those mornings where the right side felt a little bit sore. It eventually progressed into a full on muscle spasm. Sharp pains that don't go away. Erika tried to rub it out which felt very good, but this one is a real mother. It might be time for some more ibuprofins and herbal remedies.

First of Four
Today begins the first of my four day stint. I've mostly been medicating but I did manage to get some dishes done, so I am somewhat productive. Later it will be time to clean out the back room and get ready for the next big step.
Do you ever swear you smell cat urine but you are not sure where it is coming from? Well that is me right now. Every couple of seconds I get a faint whiff and I don't know if it is coming from the corner of the room or the sleeve of my shirt. Either way it isn't pleasant and I really could do without it.

A Lucky Day
Yesterday I tagged along with some assistant managers in the district to a Kings/Wizards game. The Kings won big and I got in free through some tickets from work. On top of this I also won a free chili dog at der Wienerschnitzel just for being in lucky section 107. After the Kings broke 100 points we all became eligible for a pair of tacos at Jack in the Box. Did I forget to mention the half time honoring of Kings radio anouncer Gary Garrold's 2,000th broadcast. Not a bad day.

Erika Gone
Took Erika and Trudy to the airport today. They flew out to Hawaii early in the morning. It rained all day and was very cold. I am chilling with the pets and we are missing Erika. Oh Erika. Where are you Erika?

First Day Post
This was the day that we finally ran the Steel Seal through my engine. Scott Wheeling was so kind to help me. He did most of the brainy stuff. I just turned on the car and we let it idle for over an hour. Later he went to his DUI class and Mary Ann and I killed some time in a local novelty shop. I picked up a couple of peace loving frog salt and pepper shakers for Erika. She really thought they were swell. My coolant level light is no longer coming on. Yay.
